Position Summary
Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and / or in writing to drive, develop, and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals. Forecast and follow up on staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. Manage assigned financial aspects by monitoring expenses compared to budget, asset utilization, and preparing business reports. Monitor and ensure facility-wide compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards. Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns. Serve as a community liaison by participating in local organizations and charitable activities. Supervise and manage associates and leaders by giving direction, communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Identify training and development needs and provide opportunities for learning and growth. Teach and support Logistics and company policies and procedures. Participate in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,500.00 - $192,500.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production / Operations Management); and 2 years experience in a senior management role within an operations / distribution / logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers / supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide OR 2 years experience as a Walmart Logistics Operations Manager including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates OR 4 years experience in a senior management role in an operations / distribution / logistics / retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers / supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
