Provides leadership, direction, and administration of operations to ensure the accomplishment of clinic and organizational objectives. Directs, supervises, and coordinates the overall operation of the clinic and staff. Responsibilities include :
- Directing, supervising, and coordinating specific functions and activities of clinic, including systems, policies, and procedures, human resources, support services, etc.
- Assisting the Medical Director in the development and marketing of new services and referral sources
- Facilitating the employment, development, and management of employees
- Promoting the provision of cost-effective, high-quality health care services to patients
- Cooperating with medical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Reviewing operational problems / policies and recommending solutions and change to Medical Director
- Collaborating with Medical Director in the preparation and implementation of quarterly budgets. Recommending funding based on knowledge of policies, costs, and operating practices
- Representing clinic at public and professional meetings and conferences
- Participating in clinic communication and public relations programs
- Maintaining professional affiliations and enhancing professional development to keep pace with the trends in health care administration
- Performing other related duties which may be inclusive, but not listed in position job description

Required Qualifications :
3+ years of healthcare administration experience, including 1+ years of supervisory experienceKnowledge of health care administration, clinic philosophy and policies and operating proceduresKnowledge of fiscal management systemsKnowledge of human resource management practices including supervision and staff developmentKnowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement standardsKnowledge of computer programs and applicationsProven skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, decision makingProven skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff, Senior Management, patients, vendors, and payers, publicProven skill in organizing work to achieve clinic goals and objectivesProven ability to analyze and interpret complex dataProven ability to research and prepare comprehensive reportsProven ability to monitor compliance standardsComputer literacyThis position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of diseasePreferred Qualifications :
Current unrestricted Vocational Nurse license for applicable state of employmentSupervisory experience within a clinic settingProfessional healthcare license or certificationPhysical & Mental Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 35 poundsAbility to push or pull heavy objects using up to 35 pounds of forceAbility to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and / or machineryAbility to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and / or in writingAbility to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solvingOccasionally requires exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluidsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
