We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Mill Valley, CA. We are looking for a reliable team player, who loves collaborating with our fantastic group of providers to give the highest level of care to our patients! Our

diverse clientele, from young athletes to active elders, offering modern, user-friendly EMR system for seamless documentation and billing and you will have access to experienced leaders in pelvic floor therapy, OCS, manual therapy, and sports specialization.

About us :

We are a team comprised of Physical Therapists and dedicated support staff who collaborate to relieve the pain, restore physical function, and empower our patients to renew themselves so they can enjoy the lives they want and deserve. Our team of experienced providers offer a practice focused on providing individual care, helping our patients improve their quality of health! We have proudly served the community for over 25 years, and we are looking for a likeminded physical Therapist to join us. You will have Skilled PT aides to support your recommended rehab and exercise programs, and we offer a collaborative environment featuring ancillary services like massage therapy, personal training, acupuncture, and transitional training.

Duties :

Patient consultation- Review health and medical histories, review pertinent medical records / imaging, and physical examinations

One-on-one evaluations (60 minutes) and follow-ups (30 minutes)

Implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs

Supervise physical therapy aides during treatments.

Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living (along with the PTAs)

Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises

Documentation / progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit with

built-in documentation time (1 hour / day)

Collaboration with the other PTs, PTAs, and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients

Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice

Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude

Respond to phone messages, emails, and mail within 24-48 hours.

Communicate with referral sources, insurance companies, and caseworkers as required.

Attend PT and staff meetings.

Requirements :

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

PT License in CA

Schedule : Full time

Compensation :

$110k-$120k per year plus bonus potentials
