Position Summary

We’re seeking a Regional Field Sales Executive (West Territory) to help expand Conscious Discipline’s reach across PK–5 schools. Reporting to the Head of Development, this role focuses on building partnerships with schools and districts, supporting existing relationships, and driving growth through exceptional service and consultative sales.

Territory : WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, UT, CO & AZ

Location : Must live within the territory; candidates near a major airport in CA preferred.

Travel : Approximately 30–50%, depending on partner needs. Remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in the PK–5 sector by executing a targeted regional sales strategy.
  • Engage schools and districts through consultative, needs-based selling.
  • Build lasting partnerships with educators and leaders to expand Conscious Discipline’s impact.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and innovation.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demos showcasing our transformative approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure exceptional service and long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Stay ahead of education trends, funding opportunities, and competitive activity.

  • Proven success in consultative or solution-based sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Organized and skilled at managing a full sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A remote position but must live in the West Territory of the United States.
  • What Helps You Stand Out

  • 3-5 years of experience in educational sales, or partner development.
  • Experience working with K-12 schools, districts, or education service providers.
  • Knowledge of funding cycles, grants, and school purchasing processes.
