Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Market Research : Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Target : Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to team success.
Policy Customization : Design insurance policies that cater to individual client requirements, maximizing customer satisfaction.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and services to existing clients.
Documentation : Ensure all sales and client interactions are accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system.
Follow-up : Proactively follow up on leads, ensuring that potential clients are engaged and well-informed.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Indiana Property & Casualty License is preferred License assistance available
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Customer Focus : Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
