Design Project Manager

Location : Philadelphia, PA ( 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Duration : Contract until EOY

Pay rate : $35-$40 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

Lead project management efforts for our app design projects, overseeing multiple workstreams.
Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership.
Partner with product teams to define and document requirements for new feature development.
Develop and maintain quarterly project plans with clear estimations, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
Coordinate shared resources across multiple teams to support a suite of interconnected applications.
Facilitate collaboration across design, research, and business units to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years of Digital / Design Project Management experience.

Experience working with multiple teams cross-functionally.

Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
