Position Overview :

Divede is now seeking an experienced and talented Senior Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise and thought leadership in building enterprise grade, end-to-end solutions within the Salesforce environment.   The Salesforce Senior Architect will provide leadership within an agile, fast-moving team developing a high-volume, scalable platform to support overall company operations, aligning with Divede's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement complex end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements in a large enterprise setting.
• Develop and optimize custom workflows to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
• Implement and configure CPQ solutions to support accurate and efficient quoting, pricing, and product configuration processes.
• Design and implement advanced Salesforce features to enhance the overall functionality and performance of the Salesforce instance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for Advanced Salesforce Administrators, a team performing comprehensive Salesforce configuration and data management.
• Share best practices and ensure high-quality standards in the team.
• Participate in hands-on configuration and data management as needed.
• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continually enhance and innovate our Salesforce solutions.
• Assist the team in providing reasonably accurate estimates of tasks and communicating progress.
• Produce short explainer videos using the provided process and app.
• Provide leadership regarding the management of project timelines and progress from inception to completion. Perform work under project timelines and tasks assigned.
• Monitor and resolve all issues as required.
• Track task completion and time in Divede’s project systems as directed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned..
