Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

Responsible for maintaining an accurate record of Accounts Receivable transactions to customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains Accounts Receivable inbox
• Ensure bank statement accuracy
• Notify pricing of import deposits
• Assist in cash reconciliations
• Resolve and research payments and deposits from all departments
• Research process, load, and post checks received through lockbox
• Maintain the lockboxes, address any issues
• Process ACH and Check returns
• Reconcile customers' accounts
• Process ACH NACHA payment files
• Support other accounting functions as needed
