What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help deter unauthorized access.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to observe and report any unusual activity.Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in written reports.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.Collaborate with team members and local authorities when necessary to address security-related concerns.What We're Looking For :
