Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1344.75 - $1473.50

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Mills River, NC. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled

OTA-NC

Weekends : Tues-Sat (Flexible)

Preferred Qualifications

Proper State License

Skilled Nursing / long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)

Rehab Optima (Net Health)

COVID-19 Vaccination card / documentation - No Declinations Accepted
