Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Outreach : Manage and follow up on prospective client leads to convert into members
  • Sales Conversion : Follow our structured sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program
  • Client Experience : Ensure every visitor receives outstanding service from first interaction to follow-up
  • Member Retention : Build strong client relationships and provide consistent support to encourage long-term membership
  • Collaboration : Partner with the Marketing Team to implement lead conversion strategies
  • Administrative Excellence : Maintain accurate records, scheduling, and client data (MindBody experience is a plus)

    • What We're Looking For :

  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience (wellness / spa / massage setting a plus)
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Positive, energetic, and engaging personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Proficiency with basic computer software; MindBody experience is a bonus
