Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to design and implement innovative mainframe solutions for our client.

Location : Charlotte, NC

Duration : 3 months

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and support solutions on z / OS environments .

Execute proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and develop solution designs and estimates .

Manage and optimize Mainframe, System i, and database systems .

Support ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) modernization initiatives.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex mainframe and database issues.

Required Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with z / OS , Mainframe , System i , and Database Management .

Expertise in mainframe product ecosystems and modern ADM offerings .

Proven ability to design and execute technical solutions and PoCs.

Experience & Education :

7+ years in mainframe systems engineering, technical consulting, or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
