Job description

Customer Service Representative (CSR) About the Role

As a CSR at CW Service Pros, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Youll be the voice of our company, ensuring homeowners feel heard, supported, and confident in choosing us for their plumbing and HVAC needs. Your role is about more than answering phonesits about building trust, delivering Wow Service, and setting the stage for a positive customer experience-both with our external customers and internal customers (fellow employees).

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and empathy.
  • Schedule service appointments accurately using our dispatch system.
  • Ask the right questions to identify customer needs and set our technicians up for success.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about appointment details, pricing expectations, and next steps.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with dispatch and field teams to optimize scheduling and provide seamless service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • A positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Previous call center, customer service, or home service industry experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using scheduling or dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Typing 35+ WPM

  • Dispatcher About the Role

    As a Dispatcher, you are the link between our customers and our technicians. Youll manage scheduling, route efficiency, and technician productivity to maximize customer satisfaction and company performance. In this role, precision, quick decision-making, and communication are key to success.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Assign service calls to the right technician based on skills, location, and availability.
  • Monitor technician routes and communicate updates in real time.
  • Maximize call efficiency by minimizing drive time and ensuring prompt customer service.
  • Support CSRs with scheduling adjustments and urgent requests.
  • Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details, special instructions, and customer needs.
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, completed revenue, and callback ratios.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Clear and professional communication with technicians, customers, and fellow employees.
  • Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or service coordination is highly preferred.
  • Comfort with dispatching software and real-time scheduling systems.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.

  • Permit Technician About the Role

    The Permit Technician plays a critical role in ensuring all plumbing and HVAC work complies with city and state regulations. Youll coordinate with municipalities, track permit statuses, and ensure inspections are scheduled and passed. This role requires attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Apply for and obtain permits for plumbing and HVAC projects.
  • Communicate with city officials, inspectors, and project managers regarding requirements.
  • Track permit progress and ensure inspections are scheduled in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records of permits, inspections, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure technicians and managers are aware of inspection requirements and timelines.
  • Build strong relationships with municipalities to ensure smooth processing of permits.
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Prior experience with permits, construction administration, or municipal processes preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for dealing with inspectors, technicians, and office staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
