Job Summary :
Bozarth Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. In this role, youll work face-to-face with guests who visit our showroomhelping them find the right new or pre-owned vehicle, guiding them through test drives, and providing a world-class buying experience from first handshake to final delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging directly with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping people drive home happy.

Key Responsibilities :
Greet every customer promptly and professionally upon arrival to the showroomBuild rapport and uncover customer needs through active listening and product knowledgeConduct in-depth vehicle presentations and test drivesFollow the Bozarth Chevrolet sales process to ensure a smooth, customer-first experienceCollaborate with managers, finance, and service departments to complete vehicle deliveriesMaintain product and inventory knowledge across all Chevrolet modelsStay informed on manufacturer incentives, dealership promotions, and competitive offeringsAchieve or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goalsLog all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and communicationQualifications :
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude with a team-oriented mindsetAbility to learn quickly and adapt to dealership processes and technologiesProfessional appearance and demeanorValid drivers license with a clean driving record requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent
