THE OPPORTUNITIES : Family Practice Physicians - 2 openings

THE LOCATIONS : Madison and Mayo, Florida

Ready for a change? We have several excellent, full time opportunities available for Family Medicine Physicians to join FQHCs in Madison and Mayo, Florida. This employer is focused on providing the highest level of quality care and there is plenty of room for professional growth and advancement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Florida licensed MD / DO with Family Practice specialization.
  • Current D.E.A. certificate
  • Board eligible or board certified in family practice. If board eligible at time of hire, must be board certified within 3 years of hire date
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
