We are seeking a talented Rental Agent to join our thriving team! The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

Compensation : 50,000 plus
Responsibilities :
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement
- Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around
- Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
- Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
- Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
Tenant Relations :
Manage the leasing process, including marketing units, screening applicants, and executing lease agreementsAddress tenant concerns, enforce lease terms, and coordinate conflict resolutionMaintain accurate waiting lists and ensure fair housing practices are upheldProperty Operations :
Oversee day-to-day property maintenance and coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors for repairs and unit turnoversConduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are metImplement and monitor preventative maintenance schedulesAdministrative Duties :
Maintain comprehensive records, including tenant files, maintenance logs, and compliance documentationPrepare reports for internal use and for submission to regulatory agenciesStay informed about changes in housing regulations and best practices in property managementQualifications :
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesFamiliar with leasing regulationsA proven record of sales experience and successExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferredKnowledge of Fair Housing laws and rental regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work weekends and flexible hours as neededProficiency with property management software (e.g., Rent Manager) is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbout Company
