divh2Receptionist/h2pWorld Insurance Associates is a unique insurance organization offering top products and services from major providers, combined with attentive service from local agents./ppFounded in 2011, World is the second fastest-growing insurance broker in the U.S. We specialize in personal and commercial insurance lines, surety and bonding, employee benefits, financial and retirement services, and human capital management solutions./ppThe Receptionist at World Insurance Associates is responsible for managing calls coming into the main phone line, receiving, and distributing mail, as well as additional administrative duties to support the office./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities/pulliFirst line of contact to receive and distribute a high volume of calls coming into phone line/liliDistribute faxes via the agency management system/liliResponsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing approved orders for replenishment as needed/liliPerforms all other general administrative related duties as assigned/liliResponsible for receiving, processing and distribution of physical and electronic mail as needed/liliAssist in any processing for Commercial Lines and Personal Lines departments/li/ulpQualifications/pulliWork experience with customer service responsibilities/liliComputer savvy and proficient in MS Office including Power Points, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe./liliExcellent verbal communication skills/liliAbility to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment/liliMust be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude/liliCan handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality/liliStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required/liliExceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments/liliSense of urgency and problem-solving skills/li/ulpCompensation/ppThis position is located in Illinois. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $20,000 to $40,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
