\nRegistered Nurse – Medical Surgical - Travel - (MS RN)\n
\nStartDate : 12 / 8 / 2025 \nAvailable Shifts : 12 D \nPay Rate : $1773.36 - $1954.31 \n
\nFloating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required.\n\nJob Summary : \n-Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift.\n-Ensures safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care of patients.\n-Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses.\n-Coordinates patient care through collaboration with the patient / family and healthcare team.\n-Initiates, utilizes, and documents appropriate protocols and standards of care.\n-Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician or standard protocols and documents according to policy.\n-Identifies and meets patient and family learning and discharge needs on admission and throughout the episode of care.\n-Assumes responsibility for the clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel.\n-Completes patient population / age-specific / procedure and protocol education and competency testing per unit standards.\n
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, MS
Experience : 2 years
Travel Experience : 1 assignment in General
Licenses : RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications : BLS(Copy Needed)
References : 1 Reference in entire work history\n
