The Charge Nurse (RN / LPN) is an integral part the leadership and care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. You will work to ensure the care of the clinical team and residents.   As Charge Nurse (RN / LPN), you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care and leadership in and interdisciplinary environment including :

Assessment

Mentoring

Supervision

Covid19 planning and remediation

Mentoring clinical staff

Care Planning

Implementing Care

Managing Patient Care

Quality Improvement

Problem Solving

Bedside Nursing

Medication Administration

Treatments

Required qualifications :

• Graduate of approved RN) or LPN Program.
• Previous experience as an RN of LPN in an acute care / long term care setting is strong preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as a RN or LPN in the State of Pennsylvania .
