Maintenance Technician

Location :  Memphis, TN

Pay Rate :  $28 – $30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Hours :  40–50 per week | Long-Term Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced  Maintenance Technician  to join our team in  Memphis,TN . This is a long-term position with steady hours and competitive pay in an industrial setting.

Job Details :

Responsibilities :

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (required)
  • Assist with plumbing, welding, carpentry, and general facility repairs as needed
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
  • Support production and operations teams with technical expertise
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards

    • Requirements :

  • Strong  electrical  maintenance experience (required)
  • Industrial maintenance background preferred
  • Experience in  plumbing ,  welding ,  carpentry, and masonry  is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
  • Must have reliable commercial-grade transportation (pickup truck or transit van)
