Dog Groomer, Missouri City, TX

We are looking to recruit an experienced dog groomer for our store in Missouri City.

Salary : Groomers work on a commission basis.

Tips : Groomers receive all their tips with no deductions by the employer.

Schedule : Flexible working hours and schedule in agreement with the Manager.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years' experience in dog grooming.
• Comfortable working with anxious animals.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift large dogs over 60 pounds.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with pet owners.
• Knowledge of animal care, handling techniques, and dog training principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work with various breeds and temperaments of animals in a calm and professional manner.
• Certification in pet grooming or completion of a recognized grooming program is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• A genuine passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Work with minimum supervision and respect the grooming schedule to complete a grooming session.
