Job Description

We are seeking a proven Senior Estimator–Project Manager to join our team in the Greensboro Metro area. We specialize in rapid response and recovery for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage — serving commercial, residential, institutional, and governmental clients across the U.S.

Responsibilities :

• Lead estimating and project management for commercial and residential restoration projects
• Work closely with business development to grow revenue in the Greensboro market
• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and schedules under fast turnaround expectations
• Manage project execution to ensure safety, quality, profitability & client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain subcontractor / vendor partnerships for emergency response needs
• Support on-site operations, procurement, contract negotiation, and risk control
• Participate in pre-construction planning and cost modeling
• Assist during peak events such as hurricanes in an “all-hands-on-deck” structure
