Job Description :

• Coach Team Members, Supervises and guides during shifts.
• Keeps track that Procedures and Policies are being followed.
• Provides Excellent Customer Service, resolves guest complaints, listens and exceeds guest expectations.
• Maintains and develops guest relations.
• Opens and Closes Shifts.
• Able to handle POS transactions and payments accurately.
• Ensures that guests orders (food and beverage) are made accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Maintains a clean working environment, complying to all food safety and sanitation guidelines,
