Senior Website Marketing Manager
As a member of the company's Marketing team, the Senior Web Marketing Manager is the primary owner of CoreSite's HubSpot web ecosystem, overseeing all aspects of web development, optimization, and maintenance. This role brings technical precision and strategic consistency to a function that is vital to CoreSite's customers and marketing success. As the lead for CoreSite's digital presence within HubSpot, the Senior Web Marketing Manager drives web performance, lead generation, and marketing automation initiatives that advance the company's growth objectives. This position functions as an individual contributor role, utilizing agency and contractor partnerships for large-scale creative or technical projects to ensure a continued focus to stay on strategy, execution, and results.
Duties
Serve as the HubSpot expert to lead and optimize HubSpot web development, landing pages, forms, and calls to action ("CTA") to support campaign and lead generation goals.
Oversee web quality assurance and performance, ensuring assets meet brand, accessibility, and user experience ("UX") standards.
Define and execute clear, compelling, and effective strategies to enhance the website's role in demand generation and digital engagement.
Drive cross-functional alignment between search engine optimization ("SEO") vendors and content teams to improve visibility, traffic quality, and conversion rates.
Manage web updates and requests, maintaining an organized roadmap for improvements and maintenance.
Support campaign execution, email workflows, and automation within HubSpot, ensuring accurate setup and performance tracking.
Implement A / B testing and personalization strategies, analyzing performance data to guide optimizations.
Monitor and report on website and campaign key performance indicators, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain governance, documentation, and scalable processes for all web initiatives.
Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with at least two onsite days per week.
Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time, with the potential for increased travel or in-office presence as business needs evolve.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Content Management System ("CMS") and Marketing Hub, including custom templates, modules, and workflows.
Skilled at building and optimizing web pages, landing pages, forms, and CTAs to drive lead generation and engagement.
Working knowledge of HubL, HTML / CSS, and basic JavaScript; strong grasp of responsive design, UX, and A / B testing best practices.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, customer relationship management ("CRM") integrations (Salesforce, ZoomInfo), and marketing automation workflows.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Skilled at building strong cross-functional and vendor partnerships to align digital strategies with business and marketing goals across diverse U.S. markets.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of new projects and lead effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments.

Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, web management, or marketing operations, preferably within a business-to-business technology or data center environment.
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot Analytics, Google Analytics) and data-driven performance reporting; related certifications in HubSpot and Google Analytics preferred.
Extensive experience managing HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub at an advanced level, leveraging HubSpot dashboards, analytics, attribution reporting, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics to measure, track, and optimize web and campaign performances.
Success leading website optimization, conversion rate improvement, and marketing automation initiatives.
Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders on web, SEO, and marketing technology projects.

Compensation
Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $116,000 and $138,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and equity, based upon individual and company performance.
