The Operations Program Manager performs a wide variety of complex, responsible and confidential administrative duties for senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and views their work as their self-portrait. The Operations Program Manager exercises excellent judgment in performance of tasks.
The Operations Program Manager, in addition to supporting the leadership team, provides strategic, communications, cultural and administrative support to the line of business as defined in duties and responsibilities below.
The ideal candidate possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving and time management skills, and the ability to maintain poise under pressure.

High school diploma and at least 5 years as an executive assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer and Office Skills
Microsoft Office suite including extensive experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Previous banking or operations experience preferred
Physical Requirements :
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
