Position Overview :
We are seeking a Board-Certified Therapeutic Medical Physicist to provide full-time, on-site radiation oncology physics services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment and treatment protocols comply with VA, ACR, and ASTRO standards, directly supporting the clinical implementation of safe and accurate radiotherapy treatments.

Education : M.S. or Ph.D. in Medical Physics or a related field.Licensure : Board Certification in Medical Physics or Therapeutic Medical Physics (ABR).Experience : Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in clinical medical physics.Technical Skills : Proficiency with Varian Edge linear accelerators, Eclipse TPS, ARIA, and QA systems (Sun Nuclear, MapCHECK). Working knowledge of IGRT, IMRT, SBRT, and SRS modalities.Soft Skills : Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.Key Responsibilities :
Perform calibration, quality assurance, and acceptance testing of all radiotherapy equipment.Participate in treatment planning, dose verification, and implementation of new procedures.Maintain documentation of calibration, periodic testing, and performance characteristics for all radiation devices.Provide consultation on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of linear accelerators, CT simulators, and dosimetry systems.Develop and maintain a Quality Management Program (QMP) in collaboration with the Chief Physicist.Participate in peer review and quality improvement activities.How to Apply :
