Enterprise Account Executive – Northeast – Seed Stage AI Security
Location : Boston, MA
A seed‑stage vendor building AI data security solutions is seeking its second enterprise sales hire to cover the Northeast and Midwest region. This is a rare ground‑floor opportunity to own a key territory, define the GTM motion, and help shape one of the most important emerging categories in cybersecurity.
What You’ll Do
- Drive full‑cycle enterprise sales across large, complex organizations within the Northeast and Midwest territories.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans targeting CISOs, GRC, and Risk & Compliance leaders.
- Build and manage a strategic pipeline focused on securing AI data flows and governance in enterprise environments.
- Educate customers on emerging AI data security, governance, and risk‑management use cases.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and marketing to refine messaging, demos, and deal strategy.
- Engage with advisory partners and early design customers to expand visibility and accelerate adoption.
What You Bring
7–12 years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, ideally within data security, governance, or compliance.Proven success selling to CISOs, GRC, or Risk functions at large enterprise accounts.Experience operating in early‑stage environments – self‑sufficient, creative, and comfortable without a BDR or marketing engine.Ability to distill technical concepts into clear business value for both security and compliance stakeholders.Strong enterprise sales discipline : forecasting, multi‑threading, and navigating complex buying cycles.Based in the Northeast or Midwest U.S.Seniority Level
