Job Duties :

Provide trauma informed care with a focus on mental health using a holistic approach.

Design individualized home exercise activities.

Document patient progress and maintain clinical records promptly and accurately.

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including co-treatment opportunities.

Opportunity to supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students.

Maintain current licensure and certifications, including CPR and Professional Crisis Management (PCM).

Other duties as assigned by ancillary manager.

Minimum Qualifications :

Passion for working with children across various ages and diagnoses.

Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members.

Physical ability to meet the demands of the role and effectively motivate clients.

Education Requirements :

Master's degree or greater in Occupational therapy.

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
