Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Obtain necessary permits.
• Order supplies, tools and equipment.
• Manage a construction superintendent and oversee the work.
• Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports.
• Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline and quality control plan.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians and other specialists.
• Ensure that all local, state, national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.
• Use software to update schedules, track progress and document project progression.
