About Selfin
Selfin is a stealth fintech startup building the first AI bank backed by Y Combinator . Team formed by students from MIT, Stanford, and Imperial, with experience at NASA, Bank of America, BCG, Bloomberg, Rolls‑Royce and Revolut. Now we’re looking for people bold enough to build something crazy from scratch — and smart enough to do it right.
About The Role
We’re now looking for highly motivated Software Founding Engineers to join us in San Francisco and build core parts of the product across AI, backend, and frontend.
Responsibilities
- AI / LLM : LLM training (o4 / 5, claude), prompt engineering, fine‑tuning
- Backend : Python, Cloud infrastructure (GC), API integration
- Frontend : Swift (iOS), Flutter, HTML, CSS, Java Script
- Help design secure, scalable systems for financial data
- Work directly with the founders and shape product and tech direction
- Move fast and independently—this is not a narrow role
