At Johnson Matthey's Savannah site, we are at the forefront of sustainable chemical innovation. Our facility, located at 115 Eli Whitney Blvd, serves as a pivotal hub for developing advanced fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) additives. As a Maintenance Manager, you will help drive our goals by :

• Leading and managing a maintenance team of 6 direct reports with the entire department of 22, fostering a proactive culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a strong safety culture within the maintenance department.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contractors to optimize equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational performance.
• Overseeing maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure efficient execution of work orders and cost control.
• Driving root cause analysis and corrective actions to address equipment failures and support long-term site transformation and performance improvement.
