Job descriptionLicensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada (or eligible to obtain) Master's or Doctoral-level education Clinical experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Orthopedic and manual therapy background experience Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting Supervise and support PTAs, PT technicians, massage therapists, and front office staff Ensure compliance with EMR documentation and clinic protocols, HIPAA compliance Promote a positive and productive work environment through hands-on leadership Assist with workflow improvements, patient engagement, and community outreach initiatives Participate in the business development and clinical expansion of the practice Demonstrate strong documentation skills and fluency in EMR systems Exhibit excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities with both patients and staff Show initiative and professionalism in all aspects of clinical care and operations Be motivated to help grow the business while maintaining clinical excellence Preferably be bilingual (English / Spanish) to better serve a diverse patient population Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and research Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality Comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing physical therapy practice
Lead Physical Therapist Las Vegas, Nevada
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in Las Vegas. This is an opportunity for PTs who aspire to grow and develop within a leadership role and is ideal for a licensed physical therapist with a clinical background in an outpatient setting. The ideal PT also has an eye for operational excellence, and a passion for helping others thrive in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Lead Physical Therapist Benefits and Compensation :
- Base Salary : $90,000 $110,000 (based on experience)
- $5k Sign-on bonus
- Quarterly productivity bonus
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with 4% employer match after one year of employment
- Relocation assistance
- Paid federal holidays and up to 20 days of PTO annually (approx. 1 month)
- Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and license reimbursement
