Job Description

Write estimates and help with daily shop operations.

Greet customers, help make insurance claims, take photos for upload and approval.

Be knowledgeable of major insurance companies and procedures.

Prepare and submit warranty claims.

Develop estimates by costing parts, supplies and labor.

Prepares work orders by describing repair and replacement services required.

Maintain contact with customer while vehicle is in the repair process.

Reconcile and prepare invoicing.
