Job descriptionStrong work ethic and ability to work 50?60 hours / week. Programming language agnostic; willing to learn and use new technologies. Experience in fast?growing startups or top tech companies. Strong technical skills in at least one of : Node.js, TypeScript, Python, C++, Java, C#, Go, Ruby, C, PHP. Ability to thrive in a fast?paced startup environment. Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a highly ranked university. Experience building AI products.
Founding Software Engineer Voice AI Startup
Redwood City, CA 5 days / week
We are building a voice AI platform with a fast?growing team of engineers and founders from Meta and Google. We have achieved strong revenue within 12 months and are hiring 5 engineers to scale to 25 employees next year.
Compensation : up to $300k salary plus roughly 1% equity.
Job responsibilities
- Own backend engineering : design scalable solutions and ship features for a production?ready voice agent platform.
- Lead initiatives across backend, frontend, and infrastructure with opportunities for high ownership and growth.
- Collaborate closely with designers and other engineers throughout the design and implementation phases.
