Convergint is looking for a full-time enthusiastic results driven and forward-thinking Security Badging Specialist to join our amazing culture. In this role you will provision badging services across a data center campus and report to a Service Team Leader. What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience

• Serve as a leading contributor providing direction and leadership in program implementation and daily operations.
• Execute complex non-routine technical and business tasks requiring advanced expertise in access control and credential management systems.
• Program configure and maintain Lenel OnGuard access control systems including access levels readers and system integrations.
• Manage credential management systems ensuring accurate assignment and maintenance of user access levels.
• Collaborate with site security IT and other lines of business (LOBs) to gather programming data and coordinate access permissions.
• Partner with local and global management teams to define build and maintain approval roles within the credential management platform.
• Provide general badging and credentialing support troubleshooting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance across Lenel and credential management platforms to ensure compliance with site standards and operational policies.
• Review and respond to issues reported through the credential management support channels and email system.
• Conduct root-cause investigations of download failures access issues and system communication errors to maintain reliability and security.
• Maintain system documentation and change records in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
