What You'll Do

Groundswell is looking for experienced Senior Appian Consultants to provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams and act as trusted advisors to clients. You will help scale the business by guiding solution delivery and designing / integrating Appian solutions into client architectures. Architects mentor delivery teams on best practices for advanced technical solutions and platform design, and you will help implement internal processes and tools to improve efficiency.

Collaboration

Youll be working with an Appian practice led by Appian alumni with decades of experience delivering mission-critical Appian solutions, leveraging our award-winning solutions, component libraries, and foundations. You will team with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Be Working On

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies
• Support design, development, and testing activities
• Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to drive technical success
• Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
• Create and document implementation best practices and internal knowledge base articles
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools
• Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

Compensation

The salary range is a general estimate and depends on experience and other factors. Current range : $115,439.00 - $162,293.00 .
