Job description

Consumer Marketing Retail Channel

The Consumer Marketing Retail Channel supports the execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement across retail channels. This role works closely with cross-functional teams and retail partners to help implement campaigns, track performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging in-store and online.

Job Duties

Campaign Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital content, and seasonal programs.
  • Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Retail Partner Coordination

  • Support the marketing team in managing relationships with retail partners by preparing presentations, promotional calendars, and campaign recaps.
  • Help maintain retail marketing toolkits and ensure materials are up to date.

    • Project Management

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, creative, digital) to align on campaign needs and deadlines.

    • Analytics & Reporting

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing campaign performance data.
  • Prepare reports and summaries to evaluate the effectiveness of retail marketing efforts.

    • Administrative Support

  • Help manage budgets, invoices, and vendor communications.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and assets.

    • Travel

  • Up to 10%

    • You Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, in a retail or consumer-facing environment.
  • Experience working with marketing tools and platforms such as Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems, with the ability to support campaign execution, reporting, and content development.
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes by coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
