Blood Bank Supervisor - Salem, NJ, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Pay range : $77,200 - $131,500 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsible for the scheduling and supervision of the non-exempt lab personnel on multiple shifts. Accountable for quantity and quality of specimens handled and test results.

Supervise non-exempt lab personnel and new team member training throughout the Transfusion Service to ensure competence prior to working independently.

Education :

Bachelor's Degree (Biology, Immunology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology from an accredited institution) - Required
