Cain Realty Group (CRG) is seeking a detail-driven real estate professional to join our Success Team as a Client Experience Manager . This is not a sales role—it’s a high-level operational and client care position designed for those who love the organization, contracts, systems, and people side of real estate without the pressure of cold calling, prospecting, or weekend showings.
If you’re currently a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, Listing Manager, or even a Realtor who thrives more in the backend and client-support side of the business , this role is designed with you in mind.

As a Client Experience Manager , you’ll have the unique opportunity to focus on high-level client care and transaction oversight , while being fully supported by a skilled administrative staff that handles data entry, vendor coordination, and backend tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and oversee real estate contracts, listings, and closings
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing a five-star experience throughout the process
- Ensure clients receive proactive communication and personalized support at every step
- Lead and guide administrative assistants, leveraging their expertise to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate pre-listing activities, vendor relations, and transaction timelines
- Help maintain CRG’s commitment to excellence : 50% of clients share a referral and 80% leave a 5-star review
