As a Membership Advisor, you'll be the face of Crunch helping new members start their fitness journey, building community connections, and driving membership growth. Key Responsibilities :

• Drive external membership sales and bring new business into the club
• Give engaging tours and offer trial memberships to prospective members
• Activate new memberships and upgrade existing ones
• Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and local businesses
• Participate in community events and create partnerships with local vendors
• Collaborate with ownership and marketing to execute promotional campaigns
• Assist with front desk duties which include greeting members, answering phones, and helping at the juice bar
• Consistently strive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
