As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome visitors warmly and assist with their inquiries upon arrival.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Organize, file, and scan documents to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support scheduling and administrative tasks as needed to facilitate efficient daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach while addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to connect with people.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling inbound calls.
- Familiarity with filing, scanning, and scheduling processes.
