Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - Federal DBA.
Key Responsibilities
Manage claims by analyzing exposure, planning actions, and resolving claims effectively
Communicate with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure resolution
Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
Experience in workers compensation adjusting, particularly with lost time / indemnity cases
