Human Resources Generalist
Location : Mount Pleasant, IA
Schedule : Monday through Friday
Shift : 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Salary : $75,000 to $90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and support conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance management processes and employee development plans.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Participate in or lead company committees including Engagement, Safety, and Community initiatives.
- Manage internal communications, including digital signage and bulletin boards.
- Prepare and maintain reports on HR activities and metrics.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and organizational success.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent HR experience.Minimum 5 years of HR generalist or coordinator experience in a manufacturing setting.Technical & Professional Skills :
In-depth knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.Proficiency in HR administration, employee relations, and best practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.Advanced computer proficiency in MS Office, email systems, and HRIS platforms.Core Competencies :
