What You'll Do :

As a Manufacturing Engineer , you'll play a vital role in shaping how our products are made - designing, improving, and optimizing systems that deliver high-quality results. You'll bring innovation to the production floor through automation, tooling, and smart process design, driving efficiency and excellence across every operation.

• Engineer Better Systems : Design, develop, and enhance manufacturing methods and processes - from automation and tooling to materials and equipment.
• Solve Complex Challenges : Troubleshoot new and existing product issues involving designs, materials, or processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Drive Efficiency : Implement process controls, automation, and equipment solutions that boost productivity and support key manufacturing goals.
• Optimize Operations : Establish the right sequence of operations, tools, and equipment layouts to maximize effectiveness and flow.
• Document & Deliver : Create assembly drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams to support production and maintenance teams.
• Lead Communication : Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating updates and discussions.
• Develop Talent : Train technical and production staff on the operation, maintenance, and repair of automation equipment.
• Support Growth & Innovation : Advise on capital projects, recommend new technologies and equipment, and apply continuous improvement methods to drive future success.
• Be a Team Player : Perform additional duties as assigned to support company goals.

Compensation & Benefits :

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
