Internal Medicine Physician (Geriatrician) Gillette, WY Sign on & Relocation up to $150,000

Job Type : Full Time

Shifts : 8 : 00am- 5 : 00pm Monday- Friday no call or weekends.

Requirements :

  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine Geriatrician
  • DEA certificate
  • WY Licensure or the Ability to Obtain WY Licensure
  • Fellowship trained in Geriatrician
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • MD or DO with Directly Related Experience in Geriatrician

Benefits :

  • $130,000 sign on
  • $1,500 a month stipend for last year in residency / fellowship
  • $20,000 Relocation
  • Willing to buy a house for the right candidate (terms apply)
  • Health insurance fully paid $250 individual deductible, $500 family
  • $50 every check towards AFLAC
