PayRate : $400 / hr

Active state license is required (Pennsylvania).

Need full time provider to work 7 : 30-3pm M-F

Will provide medical, surgical, and consultative care for patients requiring the service of interventional pain

Collaboration / supervision / partnership of APP

Must be competent in interventions : radiofrequency ablations, steroid injections, nerve blocks, & spinal cord stimulators

Estimated Shifts / Month : 20

Privileges Available : Full Privileges; Temp Privileges

EMR / Charting : Epic

Providers Typical Day : All OR, no clinic. Shifts are MON-FRI 7 : 30AM - 3PM
