Koita Agency is a 20+ year direct-sales organization scaling field and inside teams for regional providers across tech / telecom and related services. We combine warm demand, structured coaching, and territory planning to help producers ramp quickly and advance into leadership.

Own an SMB territory around Apopka . Work warm / hot leads (owners / GM / site leaders), run discovery → proposal → close , and drive 30–60-day adoption post-sale to secure retention and referrals.

Your Role

Run the B2B cycle end-to-end : discovery → proposal (tiered offers) → negotiation → close .

Maintain pipeline hygiene (3× coverage; no stale opps; next step on every account).

Forecast weekly ; log meetings, demos, and stage moves the same day .

Partner with solutions specialists to scope non-standard installs and ensure clean handoffs.

Conduct QBRs to expand footprint and increase product adoption.

Share market feedback (competitors, objections, pricing sensitivity) to refine strategy.

Qualifications

Proven B2B field sales experience (tech / telecom preferred) with measurable wins.

Mastery of discovery, proposal building, negotiation, and closing .

CRM rigor and KPI ownership; organized notes and reliable follow-through.

Tech-comfortable (smartphone, CRM, quick quoting); valid driver’s license and reliable car.

U.S. work authorization ; able to work a field schedule (some evenings as needed).

Spanish a plus (Florida markets often benefit from bilingual outreach).

Compensation & Structure

1099 independent contractor (commission-only)

Paid onboarding / training + performance bonuses

Typical OTE : $50,000–$90,000+ depending on territory and results
