You will be responsible for handling a variety of legal issues, gig economy, including labor disputes, wrongful termination suits, discrimination claims, and other employment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, a passion for defending employers' rights, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism.

Responsibilities :
1. Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in all aspects of employment law.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including employment contracts, settlement agreements, and legal memoranda.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and arbitration proceedings.
5. Develop and implement effective defense strategies to protect clients' interests and rights.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current employment laws and regulations, court decisions, and other developments in the field of employment law.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
8. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Provide proactive legal advice to clients to help them avoid potential legal issues and disputes.
10. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications :
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an employment defense attorney, preferably representing employers.
4. Proven track record of success in handling employment law cases.
5. Exceptional legal research skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective legal strategies.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and persuasively.
7. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
10. Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
11. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
