Remote Seasonal Customer Care Agent (TX, AZ, CO Only)

Are you passionate about customer service and obsessed with great footwear? Step into a role where you'll be the voice of a leading footwear distributor-delivering premium support and building lasting relationships with customers across phone, chat, email, and social media.

• What You'll Do :
• Be the go-to expert for customers navigating orders, returns, warranties, and product questions
• Help shoppers find their perfect fit-guiding them through website navigation and product info
• Deliver top-tier service that turns first-time buyers into loyal fans
• What You Bring :
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, food service, or call center)
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
• Reliable internet (50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) and ability to hardwire
• 1-2 professional references from past managers or team leads
• Pay :
• $16.50 / hour
• Schedule :
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days / week between 8am-7pm CT (Mon-Sun)
• Start Date :
• October 31st (orientation + 3 weeks of paid training)
• Location :
• 100% remote in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas (excluding Houston)

• Open-ended through peak season (expected through Jan 2026)

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50 / hr.
