Position : Service Desk and Voice Engineer
Location : Remote
Job Description :
- Manage and support communication platforms such as RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Provide Level 1 / 2 support for voice, video, and messaging systems, ensuring uptime and call quality.
- Administer and troubleshoot call center systems and softphone applications.
- Manage mobile devices (cell phones) — activation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers for telecom service issues and escalations.
- Monitor telecom usage, licenses, and billing; assist in cost optimization.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, call flows, and user guides.
- Support video conferencing systems and ensure meeting room readiness.
- Work closely with IT Service Desk to handle tickets related to communication tools.
- Contribute to process improvements and new technology rollouts in telecom and collaboration systems.
